Dr Joel Carmody

Bio

Dr. Joel Carmody graduated from the University of Sydney in 2010. He completed rotations through various hospital departments at Westmead, Orange and Coffs Harbor. He then worked for Australian Regular Army as a Medical Officer from 2013-2016, serving both in rural areas of Australia and overseas. During this time he also attained his fellowship from the “RACGP Joel” is interested in dermatology, children’s health and sports medicine. He has completed the RACGP Certificate in Dermatology and is working towards an accreditation with the Skin Cancer College Australasia.

Areas of Interest

Skin cancer checks and surgery, paediatric health, sports medicine, veteran’s health, chronic disease management and iron infusions.
